Do I need to register on your site to book a cargo?
NO, no don’t need to be registered to book a cargo. You just need to provide your details to book a cargo.

How many hours in advance do I need to book a vehicle?
We provide transportation service “on demand” basis. So there is no stipulated time that you should book a vehicle for transportation.

Can I know the approximate trip distance and the estimated bill?
Yes, you can get the approximated trip distance and the estimated bill for the trip during the booking process.

After booking a vehicle, is there any chance that the vehicle won’t show up?
We are dedicated to service for all confirmed bookings. In case a vehicle doesn’t show up for any unforeseen circumstances, we will arrange an alternate vehicle for you.

Can I cancel my booking after getting the booking ID?
Cancellation fee will be charged
  • If you cancel after 10 minutes after the driver is allotted.
  • Cancellation fee will be added to the bill amount of your next trip.

What are the different modes of payment you support?
Currently we have only one mode of payment i.e. Cash after service delivery.

Would I get bill for my trip?
: Yes, once you make the payment an auto generated mail with the bill details will be sent to your email. You also get an SMS on your registered mobile No mentioning the cost for your trip.

Would I get manpower loading/unloading & packaging service?
The services we provide include only transportation of goods. For manpower requirements you would need to co-ordinate with the assigned driver.
